Yes, we deliver and pickup within an hour radius of Nashville, TN. If you are outside of this range, you will need to arrange for pickup of the supplies. Note that delivery does not include unloading or installation.
Yes, we can schedule a time for you to pick up your draping and hardware at our workplace location at Brick Church Pike, Nashville, TN 37207. We will need to confirm that what you are picking up will fit in your vehicle and we will have your order waiting for you to load.

Due to the nature of this business, our inventory can vary heavily based on the day. When you reach out, we'll be able to look at our inventory for your big day to make sure we can accommodate your needs.
Each type of drape will have specific care instructions outlines in your rental agreement. But in short, please carefully fold all drapes. Batiste drapes wrinkle very easily and are dry-clean only.
No, please do not cut the drapes. As outlined in the rental agreement, cut or torn drapes will result in damages you will be responsible for.
Yes, our minimum fee is $390. Not including delivery or tax.
A refundable deposit of 20% of total quote is paid upon signing invoice on a credit card to hold for any partial loss or damage of property and will be returned within 1 week of rental return. This is after we are able to check all fabric and hardware in. If there are additional damages or any loss, then it will be invoiced based upon rental agreement.
A 50% deposit is due upon accepting quote and scheduling rental and balance is due 2 weeks before event pick up or delivery. If it is just 2 weeks out when the rental agreement is made, full payment is due.
A rental without additional charge would give you enough time to set up and tear down which can be 1-3 days depending upon rental availability, we can arrange for an additional charge if you would like it longer and it fits in our schedule. Also, if pick up or delivery exceptions need to be made due to the venue, we will work out the best we can for you in this area. Times will be scheduled during 9-5 Mon -Sat for deliveries if you need to have it removed on a Sunday after hours you can schedule a pickup on Monday or for a drop off. If you are scheduling a pick up or drop-off, I can adjust at our work site location if we are available outside of these hours.

Our drapes will all have approximately 3" in length to puddle. Not only does it look better but floors are uneven, structures will not be level in many cases and especially older buildings, also ceilings will not always be level. Our uprights, the "skeleton" that your fabric will go on, starts at 8'1" and are available to 14' with drapes to coincide. YOU can pin, corsage pins work the best and you can use zip ties-such as entrances to zip tie to pole. I will give instructions on this process based upon what you order. By no means DO NOT CUT THE DRAPES OR MAKE ANY HOLES.
We have pipe available to 17' and will have black super-vel and Ivory Batiste available in that length. We also have a little giant for rent for 10'-17' A frame with signed usage consent to hang drapes this height on pipe or if on a truss.
